Project Details
fjmtstudio were engaged to work with the City of Casey Council to deliver a new community precinct, a gathering space for the community with art gallery, performance theatre, black box theatre, Council Chambers, outdoor plaza, playground, staff BBQ area and Memorial Grove.
The Bunjil Place amphitheatre includes two types of custom-designed water features, including:
- two raised water features that flank the pedestrian entry to the site; and
- a splash / water play zone located in the pavement of the amphitheatre with fountains at varying heights, set to timers for interactive play. A custom grated drain pattern is set into the pavers.
